SPACEGUARD RANGE OF SECURITY PRODUCTSThis range of products is manufactured using traditional materials especially brass. Heavy gauge steel lock cases give our locks strength on the outside. We still use solid one-piece components where possible such as spring bolts and dead bolts. Both of these are extruded in the traditional way, not riveted together like some of the cheaper alternatives. Within the range are mortice dead locks and sash locks with a 5 lever internal mechanism. They are both available in three sizes - 51mm, 64mm and 76mm and either polished brass or satin anodised faceplates. Three steel keys are supplied as standard with each lock. Keys with
brass fancy bows can be supplied to special order. The very wide range of different types and sizes should be enough to match most requirements. Brass Straight Cupboard Locks, Drawer Locks, Cut Cupboard Locks, Box Locks, Sliding Door Locks, Showcase Locks etc. - all these types are available and in sizes from 38mm up to 76mm for most different types. Extensive use is made of traditional materials especially brass. Locks are available finished in satin brass as standard except Straight Cupboard Locks which are mill finish. Also within this range we offer two different qualities of close- shackle
padlock. The first is a 5-lever version, which is designed to withstand
most forms of low to medium grade of attack. The second is a 7-lever version,
which has the added protection of heavy gauge, hardened steel outer plates.
Both locks have solid brass internal parts and phosphor bronze springs
for weather resistance.
Our range of brass cabinet locks is designed to meet both the needs of
the reproduction furniture industry and the most demanding antique restorers.
